By relaxing and allowing the sound to wash through us, bathing us in healthful frequencies, we have the capability to "realign" on cellular levels. This positive realignment may then manifest through us in all dimensions.

Om Sweet Om – Monthly Yoga & Sound Bath

Join us the last Sunday of every month, September–March at 11:00 AM for Om Sweet Om, a deeply nourishing yoga and sound healing experience at So Hum Yoga Studio in Grand Rapids.

This 75-minute slow flow yoga class will ease your body and mind before guiding you into a restorative 15-minute hot stone savasana on our heated floors. The practice concludes with a gentle sound bath, surrounding you with healing vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and renewal.
