Let’s gather to embrace the shifting light and the cooler temperatures, to settle into some stillness after the business of summer. Take some time to rest and to go deep into a journey of meditative sound this Sunday, September 13th from 3:00-4:30 p.m.
The Sound Medicine Collective will bring their array of beautiful instruments to So Hume Yoga where you will lay down and receive the vibrations of a wall of gongs, hand pan, drums, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, mantras, Alchemy Bowls, and even two giant bowls you can stand in to start your experience. Their sound tours have taken them from New York to the Teton Mountains and lots of places in-between.
