Tibetan Sound Bath with Kevin
Tibetan Sound is an expression of sacred vibration — a weaving of frequencies, harmonics, and overtones that speak directly to the body’s subtle systems. Sound healing works through pattern and resonance.
When we relax and allow the tones to move through us, we give the body permission to return to its natural, multidimensional alignment.
By resting in these healthful frequencies, we create space for realignment at deep, cellular levels. From that place, balance can ripple outward — through the physical body, the nervous system, and the more subtle dimensions of our being. Kevin incorporates the Earth Gong, Tingshas, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and other analog sound instruments to create a layered, immersive field of vibration. Each instrument carries its own voice, and together they create a dynamic, meditative soundscape.
Participants typically lie comfortably on the floor in savasana. A supported seated meditation posture or gentle, restorative shapes are also welcome. This is a practice of receiving.
