Tea & Talk, The Bhagavad Gita

  • So Hum Yoga Studio 3368 Beltline Court Grand Rapids, MI, 49525 United States (map)

We’ll be using the Penguin Classics edition of
The Bhagavad Gita translated by Juan Mascaró.

Join Kevin for a three-part discussion series exploring one of yoga’s most influential texts: The Bhagavad Gita.

Across three Sundays, we’ll explore the yogic path of:

  • Duty (Dharma)

  • Selfless action (Karma Yoga)

  • Devotion (Bhakti)

  • Self-realization (Jnana)

Rather than approaching this as a lecture, this series is an evolving conversation. The Gita takes place on a battlefield — both literal and symbolic — and invites us to examine how we meet inner and outer conflict in our own lives.

What does yoga look like off the mat?
How do we act wisely in a complicated world?
What does surrender really mean?

Come having read.
Come with questions.
Come curious.
Or simply come.

You may attend individual sessions or commit to the full 3-part journey.
