Meet Sasha!!!

Sasha’s path to yoga wasn’t love at first class.

After a few rough early experiences, she walked away — until a knee injury brought her back. Yoga was the only movement she was cleared to do, and what started as necessity became transformation. Through supportive teachers and the power of breathwork, she experienced real healing — and everything shifted.

Now she teaches with one clear intention: everyone belongs. Her classes are grounded in breath, accessibility, and meeting yourself exactly where you are — no performance, no pressure.

Outside the studio, Sasha repurposes thrifted textiles into wearable art and paints botanical pieces. She’s inspired by jazz, blues, and bluegrass — music rooted in resilience and beauty rising from hard seasons. That same spirit flows into her teaching: steady, soulful, and real.
