Through a blend of education, movement, and mindful exploration, you will learn: • The primary muscles of the pelvic floor and how they function • How to find your neutral and most supportive pelvic positioning • The relationship between posture, core support, and pelvic floor health • How the breath and diaphragm work in partnership with the pelvic floor • Exercises to both strengthen and lengthen pelvic floor muscles for balance and resilience You will receive simple, effective practices you can continue at home—plus take-home props to support your personal practice long after the workshop ends.
