So Hum 5K | Move Your Body, Meet Your Breath
Step into the rhythm of your breath and the beauty of nature with our 3.12-mile race through the scenic trails of Millennium Park. This thoughtfully designed route winds through peaceful woodlands, open meadows, and along the water—offering a grounding, feel-good experience from start to finish.
Rated as an easy course, this race is perfect for runners, walkers, families, and anyone looking to move their body in a supportive, uplifting environment. Whether you're chasing a personal best or simply soaking in the surroundings, you'll find your stride here.
Come for the movement, stay for the connection—and finish feeling refreshed, energized, and inspired.
What to Expect
9am ~ 5K Run + Pancake Breakfast & Gentle Yoga
10am ~ 108 Sun Salutations + Sound Bath with Matty Sunshine Sound Healing
All Levels Yoga Classes all throughout the day plus Zumba and Ecstatic Dance.
Live DJ
Family Activities including a scavenger hunt, book readings, family yoga, crafts, face painting and more!

Kids Corner
The Kids Corner at the So Hum Summer Solstice Celebration is a playful, creative space designed for our youngest sunshine seekers! Expect movement, crafts, games, nature-inspired activities, music, bubbles, laughter, and plenty of room to explore. While the grown-ups flow, little ones can connect, create, and celebrate the longest day of the year in their own magical way. Family-friendly energy encouraged!

We’re bringing together yoga teachers, healers, wellness providers, volunteers, and aligned local businesses to create a vibrant day of offerings at Millennium Park on June 21st.
Whether you'd like to teach, offer a service, volunteer, or sponsor the event, we would love to hear from you.

Due to Millennium park restrictions, We canNOT SELL any physical products, but we CAN advertise services and experiences. You’ll be able to build community and bring your insight and knowledge and offerings to all who are gathered. There is also an opportunity for ticket purchases to buy “a la carte” add-ons to their ticket and get one-on-one experiences with you! Some ideas for this: Massage, Tarot Readings, Solo Sound Healing, Body Art/Henna, Mini- Reiki, etc.
Table Sponsor cost is $75 and includes a General Admission Ticket (1 Yoga Class, 1 Meal ticket).
