Why the Solstice?

The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year — a moment that cultures around the world have celebrated for centuries as a time of vitality, growth, and connection to the rhythms of nature.

In yoga philosophy, the solstice can be seen as a powerful time to pause, reflect, and honor the light both around us and within us.

This gathering is our way of celebrating that moment together — through movement, community, and shared wellbeing.
