Meet Danielle
Daniell has been practicing yoga for over six years,
first turning to it during pregnancy as a way to feel at home in her changing body and find emotional grounding—especially during the isolation of Covid. Stepping onto her mat continues to feel like a homecoming, a compass, and a place of refuge.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance–recognized teacher training in Costa Rica at Anamaya, studying with Marybeth Brady and Trish Moton of Wild Heart Yoga. Though new to teaching, Daniell is a devoted lifelong student who feels deeply honored to guide others in their practice.
