Brittany brings a steady, grounded presence to Thursday evenings at So Hum Yoga Studio. Teaching from the heart, she creates classes that feel supportive, intentional, and deeply nourishing.
In every class, Brittany encourages you to meet yourself exactly where you are. Breath remains the anchor. Awareness becomes the guide. You’ll be invited to move with care, practice compassion toward yourself, and leave feeling more centered than when you arrived.
