Meet Angie Delight!
Angie Delight was brought up in a musical family in Niles, Michigan. She studied piano with Judith Gault, who took her to her first yoga class. After Angie received her Master’s Degree in Music Performance and Composition from Western Michigan University in 2002, she moved to Hawai’i for 20 years where she immersed herself in the culture of the islands as well as the worlds of beauty, sound, and movement cultivating a colorful, effervescent way of living. Her extensive background in anatomy and various forms of fitness training set the stage for her safe and informative guidance. Angie’s 200 hour Trauma Informed Yoga Training is from Sacred Being Yoga School and her Pranayama, Yin, and Restorative Yoga Training is from Yoga Renew. Angie’s intention is to spread her Aloha through the So Hum Yoga Community, share her musical talents during her practitioners sacred Savasana time, and to create a deeply nourishing, heart-centered space for healing.
