Meet Kait!

With nearly a decade of teaching worldwide, Kait leads with compassion and attentiveness, hosting spaces where students feel fully supported and truly at home in their practice. She believes yoga is a journey of self-discovery, a chance to connect with your body and be fully present. Her own path through immobility and chronic pain inspires her dedication to making yoga accessible and inclusive for everyone, grounded in care, patience, and curiosity. She especially loves guiding restorative practices, where the simple act of slowing down becomes a powerful act of resistance, bridging the gap between mind and body in today’s busy world. To Kait, yoga is a radical act of kindness, inviting us to listen rather than push, soften as much as we strengthen, and cultivate authentic connection with ourselves and those around us. Her teaching is an invitation to pause, breathe, and remember your wholeness. In Kait’s classes, you are welcomed exactly as you are, with space to belong, grow, or begin again.
